1 DAY = 8 CONSECUTIVE HOURS
1/2 DAY = 4 CONSECUTIVE HOURS
WE DO NOT OFFER 24 HOUR RENTALS
RENTAL GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS
TERMS: All rental fees are due in advance. We accept all major credit cards. Must provide a valid drivers license up front.
RENTAL PERIOD: Rental time starts when the equipment leaves the yard and continues until the equipment is retuned (during normal business hours) or when you call for a pickup.
RATES: Deliveries and Heavy Equipment have a 4 hour minimum, All other equipment (when you pick it up) have a 2 hour minimum (unless have a set day price). Week rates consist of 5 consecutive days. We do NOT offer special weekend rates with no charge Sundays.
DELIVERY: We offer delivery and pickup for any of our equipment, rates are based on location of drop off. Call for more information on delivery.
DAMAGE WAIVER: This is 10% of the base rental rate . This is not insurance. This is part of the rental and does NOT cover misuse, abuse, flat tire, vandalism, negligence, or theft of the equipment.
INSURANCE: When the equipment is on your possession it is your responsibility. Contact your own insurance company for coverage.
GAS/DIESEL FUEL: All equipment goes out full of fuel, it is your responsibility to return the equipment full of fuel or pay us for the fuel that was used.
MALFUNCTIONS: If any malfunctions occur during rental you must notify Alsea Bay Power immediately, DO NOT try and repair the equipment yourself.
CLEANING: Cleaning charges may apply to any and all rentals ( unless returned clean)
ATTACHMENTS: When rented by themselves are 1-1/2 times the displayed rate.
